Smoother Applications for Artists
We rebuilt the application process from the ground up. Now you can see exactly where you are and what's left to do.
What's new:
- Clear progress bar that shows all five steps
- You can navigate between steps without losing your work
- Better validation tells you what's missing before you submit
- Contact info pulls from your profile (but you can still edit it)
Try it out: Start any application and notice how much clearer the process feels. The progress bar turns green when each section is complete.
Better Q&A Support
You can now ask up to 3 questions per day instead of just 1. We heard from artists who needed to clarify multiple details about opportunities.
What changed:
- Daily question limit increased from 1 to 3
- Same helpful responses from gallery organizers

Gallery organizers were missing artwork images and dimensions in their downloads. We fixed several bugs that were causing incomplete files.
What we fixed:
- Portfolio images from our new artist management system now download properly
- Artwork dimensions show up correctly in downloads
- Checklist filters work the way they should

Cleaner Artist Experience
We cleaned up confusing status labels and made the platform easier to navigate.

- Piece statuses show clear labels like "Accepted" and "Pending" instead of internal codes
- Bookmark filters actually work now
- Stats pages show "Total Pieces" instead of confusing metrics
